DD Furnitures series
Every work in the series originates from Domestically Dysfunctional, my sculptural installation composed of 40 autonomous forms. Through ADP Studio — the studio I founded to translate sculptural forms into inhabitable objects — these shapes evolve into functional works while maintaining the presence and autonomy of the original sculpture.
Each piece is hand-sculpted in foam over a wooden structure and finished entirely by hand — a physical, intuitive process closer to carving than traditional upholstery. Produced in limited edition per shape, material, and colour — plus one Artist Proof — every piece is inherently unique.
Made to order. Custom dimensions, materials, and finishes are developed in response to the environment the work will inhabit.
Positioned between sculpture and design, the work exists both as a functional object and a collectible form.
